Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Standard listed items are usually in stock and will be despatched next day. I always send a despatch notice to the customer. Bespoke items may take slightly longer, for obvious reasons.


Despatch is via Royal Mail, second class with online proof of postage. Packaging is robust and sized to minimise possibility of in-transit damage. Postage is free to the customer, with the exception of special or bulk orders  where the customer will be quoted for postage. Woodscorcher can accept no responsibility for the failure of the carrier to deliver despatched items, for any reason, or for any damage sustained in transit.


Exchanges and Refunds

Sorry but I can't accept any  exchanges. If you have a problem with a received order please contact me via my Contact page on this site. Refunds will only be made on return of the item at the buyers cost.

Bespoke Orders

I'm happy to consider bespoke orders subject to mutual agreement of design and price. If we have an agreement I will burn the piece (s) and e-mail a photo. If you like it, I will add it to my Specials page where you can purchase it. Woodscorcher reserves the right to use the design for future customer orders.

Wholesale Availability

I would be happy to discuss small bulk orders (10 - 50 items per order) with craft outlets and gift shops. Just e-mail me at with your requirements and we can discuss rates.
